CMYK (“we”, “us”) provides brand systems and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use cymk.magenta.ac, BrandKit, and related CMYK surfaces.

• Account details (name, email) via Magenta Workspace SSO
• Brand kit content you create (tokens, assets metadata, configs)
• Integration settings you configure (Slack, GitHub, Figma)
• Technical logs (IP, user agent, request paths) for security

• Authenticate and authorize access to BrandKit
• Operate, secure, and improve the CMYK product
• Deliver notifications you enable via integrations
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with subprocessors only as needed to run the service (for example Magenta auth, hosting, and optional third-party integrations you connect).

5. Retention & security

We retain account and brand kit data while your organization uses CMYK, and for a limited period afterward for backups and legal requirements. We apply industry-standard access controls and transport encryption (HTTPS).
