Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing CMYK BrandKit and related services you agree to these Terms. If you use CMYK on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

CMYK provides tools to author brand kits, export tokens, preview components (Kitchen Sink), and connect optional integrations. Features may change as we iterate.

3. Accounts & access

Access is gated by Magenta Workspace SSO. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping integration secrets secure (API keys, webhooks, provider tokens).

4. Your content

You retain ownership of brand assets and kit content you upload. You grant CMYK a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
• No attempts to break authentication or multi-tenant isolation
• No resale of the service without written agreement

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to fees paid (if any) for the service in the prior three months.
